Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package with a basic salary up to SGD 2,200 + Variable Bonus. The total remuneration will depend on your experience and qualifications.
About the Role
The Admin Assistant role involves managing office operations, maintaining filing systems, handling daily administrative tasks, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, supporting visitors, and facilitating communication within the office.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum GCE O Level/Nitec qualification. Experience in administration is an advantage. You should possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations using effective document management.
- Coordinate and plan meetings, take minutes, and keep records of proceedings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
- Offer general support to visitors and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies.
- Facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
