Job Role: Cafe Service Associate

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers and take orders at the counter or table
  2. Serve menu items promptly and professionally
  3. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and serving areas
  4. Handle cash register duties using POS system
  5. Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. warming items, plating)
  6. Restock supplies as needed
  7. Pack takeaway and delivery orders
  8. Support closing procedures (cleaning, stock count)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly and proactive attitude
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive team player
  • Previous experience in F&B is an asset but not required
