As a Product Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our compliance framework. Founded in 2017 by Changpeng Zhao (CZ), our company has grown to become the largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of daily volume. We operate separate exchanges in various countries due to regulatory reasons.

The Binance Interview process typically lasts 2-4 weeks and involves four steps: Application Review, Interview, Offer, and finally Onboarding. For new product efforts across our organization, the Product Compliance team offers regulatory assistance and recommendations. From initial development to product launch, you'll play a crucial part in the new product lifecycle in this position leading the organization of the process and automate the delivery of the efficient delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Global Head of Product Compliance to develop and embed a robust and efficient framework to facilitate end-to-end compliance control coverage for business unit product launches, new features, maintenance, and support.
  • Leading the transition of processes into Jira or similar systems to facilitate efficient delivery across all stakeholders from product, legal, global, and local compliance teams.
  • Improving processes including SLAs, KPIs, and required interactions.
  • Monitoring new product and initiatives approval process performance to ensure timely delivery, coordinating stakeholders.
  • Developing monitoring dashboards and management information mechanisms.
  • Liaising with Product Teams staff to ensure updates to the register of upcoming products, changes, and new initiatives.
  • Liaising with Product Compliance Team members responsible for product lines to assist with organizational aspects and own underlying BRDs.
  • Working closely with PM/operations staff within product teams to facilitate organization of processes and underlying work streams.
  • Assisting the Product Compliance Framework Manager in maintaining the RACI matrix outlining roles and responsibilities between stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to promote a positive image of the Product Compliance Team and support work activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager or coordinator in the financial regulatory industry, preferably at a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or related field.
