Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead marketing and brand management for licensed intellectual property within our portfolio.

This role involves building brand value, developing regional marketing campaigns, and enhancing consumer engagement across various channels and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Licensing and Partner Collaboration: Collaborating with licensors and partners to negotiate agreements and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Creative and Communication Oversight: Overseeing the development of creative assets and communications plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Market Insights and Trend Analysis: Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant brand marketing experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, campaign management, and content creation: Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign management, and content creation principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-region campaigns: Proven ability to manage multi-region campaigns and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
