Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect our systems and data from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and network infrastructure
  • Support system administration and ensure smooth operation of servers and data storage
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing/production systems and software applications
  • Liaise with vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and compliance requirements
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and provide training or guidance to staff
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and prepare incident reports and maintenance logs
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (client & server), network support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi), PC setup and troubleshooting, basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup), and IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, printers, scanners, and barcode systems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or factory technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
