Job Title: Industrial Finishing Specialist

Description:
The industrial finishing specialist will be responsible for applying protective coatings to various metal and other surfaces using conventional or specialized equipment. This includes surface preparation, paint selection and mixing, spray painting and application, finish and quality control, and maintenance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Clean surfaces using appropriate methods (e.g chemical cleaning, sandblasting, wire brushing)
- Read job orders or instructions to mix paints and coatings in the right ratio to achieve the required color and texture
- Operate spray-painting equipment including airless and conventional spray guns
- Inspect painted surfaces for runs, drips, and uneven coverage, or other defects
- Maintain painting equipment, tools, and spray booths in clean, working condition

Requirements:
- Experience in industrial painting, spray-coating, or related field preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces if required
- Safety awareness
