- Trauma-Informed Care: Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions with residents, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Facility Safety: Ensure the safety and security of premises, including conducting regular checks and monitoring systems.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Qualification: Hold a minimum qualification of O Level or equivalent.
- Shift Work: Be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Software Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
