Job Description

Lead Visual Storytelling Across Digital Platforms

You will be working as a senior-level art director, responsible for leading visual storytelling across different digital formats such as short-form videos, social campaigns, digital ads, web content, influencer collaborations, and branded experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will set the visual direction for digital campaigns, social media content, performance creatives, and content IPs, ensuring cohesive and integrated ideas that captivate audiences.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and content creators to deliver innovative and engaging concepts.

Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of art directors, designers, motion artists, and editors to ensure high-quality output across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual strategies for digital campaigns and social media content
  • Lead a team of designers and artists to create engaging visuals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive ideas
  • Manage multiple timelines and priorities to meet project deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 7-10 years of experience in design/art direction, preferably in a digital or creative agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first and digital-first campaign work
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects

Desirable Skills:

  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and teams
  • Keen eye for detail, layout, color, typography, and hands-on approach to the creative process
  • Staying updated on digital trends, meme culture, internet aesthetics, and visual language shifts
