Reconciliation Operations Role Overview

The Reconciliation Operations role involves performing daily reconciliation and balancing tasks for various financial products.

This includes identifying discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records, investigating and resolving reconciliation issues, and escalating any exceptions to the Team Manager.

A key aspect of this role is applying knowledge and proposing ideas to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

  • Conduct daily reconciliation and balancing tasks for Deposits, Cards & Unsecured Loans.
  • Analyse data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support team members with system enhancements or process improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills and experience in reconciliation or banking operations to drive business outcomes.

  • Experience in reconciliation or banking operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyse data and make recommendations.
  • Good command of software skills, including MS Office and Excel.
