AI Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our dynamic research team working at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human-AI Hybrid concepts, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on high-impact research.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, NLP, and/or Large Language Models, with excellent programming skills and experience in developing and evaluating AI models. They will also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Research Directions:
Conduct research in:
- Multi-Agent Systems and Reinforcement Learning (e.g., DDPG, PPO, MARL).
- NLP including language understanding, generation, explainability, and reasoning, and dialogue systems.
- Efficient algorithm development for air traffic conflict resolution.
- Responsibilities:
Develop and evaluate AI models, including agent-based and LLM-based models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, and LangChain.
Design and implement simulation platforms and experimental pipelines for algorithm validation.
Visualize simulation and experimental results to support decision-making and research findings.
- Deliverables:
Contribute to high-impact publications in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
Internal knowledge sharing and collaboration with team members.
