We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with clients, partners, and contractors.
  • Oversee construction projects, including submarine and underground cable installation projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors globally.
  • Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and teams.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, and contractors on project implementation activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills.
  • Business processes and functions knowledge.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, clients, and stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time as required.

Estimated Salary: SGD $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
