Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning, and cupping services
  • Work flexible schedules, maintaining a balance between work and personal life
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa environment at all times
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and inventory levels are managed effectively
  • Respond promptly to client queries, needs, and expectations, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Assist with reception duties as required and provide administrative support
