Invigilation Opportunities

The role of the invigilator is to ensure that students abide by the rules and regulations set out for examinations. This position involves administering the examination, marking attendance of students, and distributing scripts before the examination.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend an examination briefing prior to the examination period;
  • Mark attendance of students taking examinations;
  • Ensure students adhere to examination rules and the examination is in accordance with examination policy;
  • Record any examination irregularities;
  • Distribute examination scripts before the examination, collect and collate them for a proper handover to instructors after the examination;
  • Adhere to invigilate any examination session whenever assigned by the Registrar's Office;
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum O / A Levels or Diploma;
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to speak and write good English;
  • Previous invigilation experience is preferred but not mandatory;
