Deliver Quality Diabetes Care Services

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diabetes care services to patients across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with diabetes, including diabetic retinopathy photography and foot screening.

  • Conduct point-of-care testing and empower patients to manage their health effectively.

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Assist in scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals as required.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all screening equipment for mobile buses, clinics, and other assigned sites.

  • Participate in community outreach events to raise awareness about diabetes prevention and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or community healthcare setting, preferably with a background in diabetes care and management.

  • Strong clinical reasoning skills, with critical and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Proven competence in providing nurse counseling and patient education.

  • IT proficiency for accurate documentation, data entry, report submission, and troubleshooting digital systems.
