Raw Food Trimmer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Raw Food Trimmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming raw food into required portions, preparing ingredients for operations use, maintaining a sanitary environment at the kitchen area, ensuring HACCP & 5S requirements, and performing other tasks assigned by the Chief Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trim raw food into required portions with precision and accuracy
