The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing staff, implementing operational efficiency policies, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate food and beverage operations to meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure high-performing teams.
- Innovation and Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and increase revenue.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, minimizing risk and liability.
- Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and optimize operational performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
