Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Algo. Trader APAC to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong quantitative analysis skills to explore the cryptocurrency environment.

As an Algo. Trader APAC, you will be responsible for developing trading strategies, conducting research, and collaborating with other teams to develop execution strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trading strategies around market-making, on spot markets.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential trading opportunities on centralized & decentralized exchanges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine execution strategies.
  • Define optimal liquidity solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage daily crypto operations, including fund movements, transaction processing, reconciliations, settlements, loan tracking, account opening, P&L calculation, position management, etc.

Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (MSc or PhD preferred).
  • Have at least 3-4 years of work experience.
  • Prior experience in trading within a global financial trading firm is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with Market Making is preferred.
  • Possess a strong understanding of decentralized exchanges and decentralized finance.
  • Have a solid grasp of cryptocurrency concepts such as wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.

  • Be curious and autonomous.
  • Demonstrate high motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Show strong math and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Possess professional proficiency in English.
