We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
About the Role- This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of work at Raffles Quay in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management, asset management, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users, including hardware and software support.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve issues with network, servers, or other infrastructure devices or services that impact end-user productivity.
- Support hardware and software changes, such as device refreshes, system upgrades, and patch updates.
- Perform regular checks on IT Room devices and Meeting Room equipment when required.
- Deploy large-scale efforts, including asset auditing, project support, image integration, on-site installation, user self-installation, migration, and asset recovery.
- Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
The salary range for this position is $2700 - $3100 per month.
