Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle day-to-day operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing friendly customer service.

You will also be responsible for preparing food for counter service, cooking and mixing rice, kitchen preparation work, stock-taking, replenishing required ingredients, cleaning and washing all used service/kitchen tools/equipment and workstations, and sweeping and mopping.
