  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that address each child's specific needs and goals
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique requirements
  • Utilise evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to engage children and promote their participation in daily activities
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and effective strategies are applied across various environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, adapting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in occupational therapy and special education

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore
  • Previous experience working with children with developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs, particularly in a one-to-one setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and occupational therapy interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach to working with children and their families
  • Ability to work independently and customise therapy plans based on each child's progress and needs
  • A genuine passion for helping children develop the skills necessary for independent living and participation in daily activities
