We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Operations Specialist to join our team at Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. Our company leases high-end vehicles to our 41,000 customer base and has been their first-choice partner for many years.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to value-add to our business by providing technical advice and support for forklifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty administration, coordinating with principals and cross-functions, and ensuring relevant updates on all technicians' laptops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and support for forklifts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage warranty administration on forklifts, including tracking and submitting documentation for items under warranty.
  • Act as the main coordinator in tracking and submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centers with principals.
  • Liaise closely with principals and cross-functions to update principals on all abnormal breakdown cases.
  • Ensure relevant updates on all technicians' laptops relating to the forklifts.
  • Arrange for modification of forklifts as and when requested by customers.
  • Prepare accident/incident reports and attend to customer complaints.
Requirements
  • Possess a Class 3 Driving License.
  • At least 1-2 years of forklift maintenance experience.
