Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in accounting, finance, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the accounting activities of the organization, undertaking all aspects of financial management.
  • Supervise accounting and finance activities, including establishing policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  • Process optimization to drive up efficiency and improve productivity.
  • Lead the Finance team to reporting excellence, with close partnership with the Shared Service Center to drive process efficiency.
  • Responsible for corporate income tax computation/returns and key contacts with government bodies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification or equivalent with relevant working experience.
  • At least 15 years of working experience, with at least recent 5 years in managerial/supervisory role.
  • Good understanding and interpretation of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards, and best practices.
  • Possessed excellent interpersonal and workplace communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in setting up a good control and compliance environment.
  • Good knowledge, both hands-on and analytical in SAP ECC6 and Microsoft Offices.
  • Meticulous, mature, and deadline-conscious.
