Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development using cutting-edge technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Python (FastAPI, Flask), and ReactJS.

In this role, you will design, deploy, and integrate cloud-native applications using AWS services like Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, SQS, and CloudWatch. You will also optimize data storage and performance using PostgreSQL and AWS DynamoDB.

Additionally, you will manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, and Terraform. Your expertise in security will ensure compliance with VAPT and public sector security standards, while your monitoring skills will set up alerts using Grafana, CloudWatch, and Slack integration.

As a leader, you will facilitate sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and retrospectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and promote best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in AWS cloud services, backend, and frontend development
  • Proficient in building modern web applications and APIs
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and containerization tools
Leadership & Communication:
  • Proven experience in team and sprint management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and team members
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience
