Job Title

Enrichment Coordinator

  • Lead and manage enrichment programmes for children.

Work closely with educators to design engaging lesson plans and activities.

Utilize active learning methodologies to promote child development and curiosity.

Meet educational objectives and utilize relevant teaching resources.

  • Assessment, Reporting & Recording

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.

Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and development.

Support professional growth and quality programme delivery among staff and trainers.

  • Other Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and organized classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Support administrative tasks and projects as instructed by unit heads.

Review curriculum for relevance to preschool and student care needs.

Secondary Responsibilities

Participate in events, campaigns, and projects led by MERCU and AMP as required.

Contribute to other programs where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum O Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any field.

Experience in Early Childhood is beneficial.

Strong understanding of child development and learning principles.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and resolve classroom challenges effectively.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid Work Setting

Staff work from home on a rostered basis with company-provided equipment.

Office presence may be required as instructed by supervisors.

On-Site Work (Schools/Childcare Centres)

Staff travel to various sites across Singapore as scheduled.

The environment is dynamic and requires physical stamina; classrooms are well-ventilated.
