Job Description

We are seeking a professional to learn and provide expert advice on tailored investment solutions for clients. As a trainee, you will be responsible for building and managing client portfolios for both individual and corporate clients.


  • Manage and maintain client relationships through consultative approach.
  • Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance through consultations and fact-finding.
  • Develop and recommend customised investment strategies and product solutions.
  • Monitor clients' portfolios and provide regular updates and rebalancing advice.
  • Stay updated on market movements, economic trends, and new investment products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct financial seminars, workshops, or client events to share market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or private banking.
  • Sound knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with consultative approach.
  • Driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
