**Senior Design Verification Engineer Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Staff Design Verification Engineer to lead IC physical design for world-leading advanced process chips from RTL to GDS. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive significant impact on the organization, and excel in coordinating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IC physical design for world-leading advanced process chips from RTL to GDS.
  • Act as block coordinator for synthesis/APR/PV tasks of more than 10 blocks and troubleshoot critical issues.
  • Oversee top-level tasks for complicated hierarchical chips with over 20 million instances and 1000+ macros, including floorplanning, partitioning, and assembly.
  • Work as project manager (PD PM) to coordinate with frontend and signoff teams for timely delivery of SoC PD tasks and manage full chip PD schedules and tapeouts.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IC design and leader roles with tapeout experience.
  • Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments and at least one programming language (C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to conquer gating items and drive teams to finish tasks on time with quality.
