Packaging Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the packaging preparation and quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks of packers and QA checkers.
  • Assign work orders, monitor workflow, and ensure packaging targets are met.
  • Ensure all medals, ribbons, and stickers are packed according to SOP.
  • Train new team members and monitor ongoing staff performance.

Quality Assurance Management:

  • Oversee QA checks and verify that packaging meets company quality standards.
  • Record defects and manage rework procedures.
  • Continuously improve processes to reduce error rates.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination:

  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders for all outbound items.
  • Coordinate with courier or logistics partners for collection and delivery.
  • Arrange packing for safe transportation to prevent damage during delivery.
  • Track outgoing shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or partners.
  • Handle returns or logistics issues when necessary.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Monitor stock levels of medals, ribbons, stickers, boxes, and packing materials.
  • Communicate with management for stock replenishment when needed.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain packaging, QA, and delivery records.
  • Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management (packaging output, defects, stock, and deliveries).
  • Ensure all paperwork is properly filed and documented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in packaging, production, or logistics.
  • Experience in preparing Delivery Orders and coordinating deliveries is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and proactive in handling daily operations.
