Industrial Machinery Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair of plant machinery, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor critical spare parts and ensure timely replacement.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on plant machines.
- Support preventive maintenance and machine repair initiatives.
- Attend to installation, modification, safety items, laboratory equipment, etc.
- Identify and implement improvement items for machines.
- Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance/repair of machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong trouble shooting, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of PLC programming skills.
- Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to commit to 12 hours shift work.
