Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft with Care: Handmake bespoke jewellery using materials like hair, fur, or ashes, tailoring each piece to meet the unique needs and stories of our clients.
  • Customer Appointments: Gently guide clients through the bespoke process in our studio, ensuring an empathetic and attentive experience.
  • Sales with Sensitivity: Help customers select keepsakes that reflect their memories and stories – many will be emotional moments.
  • Maintain the Store: Keep our studio inviting, clean, and peaceful – a safe space for reflection and connection.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to potential clients and follow up with existing leads to offer guidance and encouragement.
  • Sales Consultant (No Crafting Needed): Explain and sell custom lab-grown diamonds made from hair or fur – ideal for engagements, anniversaries, or pet lovers.
  • Product Education: Help customers understand the diamond-making process and how it celebrates life's bonds.
  • Customer Service: Follow up with inquiries, handle consultations, and assist in finalising purchases.

You will work closely with two unique brands: Apart.sg – Keepsake Jewellery and Together Diamonds – Personalised Diamonds.
