First Konnection, an authorized Education Recruitment Specialist, is partnering with a leading preschool in Singapore to find passionate educators who are eager to make a difference in the lives of young children. This preschool offers a unique blend of mainstream programs (Playgroup to Kindergarten) and specialized programs for children with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Asperger's Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and Support: Provide high-quality English and early childhood education to children, ensuring both mainstream and special needs children thrive in a supportive environment.
  • Develop Individualized Learning Plans: Collaborate with fellow educators and therapists to tailor learning experiences to meet each child's unique developmental needs.
  • Create an Inclusive Environment: Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child is encouraged to achieve their fullest potential.
  • Engage with Families: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers on their child's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with best practices in early childhood and special needs education to provide the best learning outcomes for your students.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE).
  • L2 Certification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
  • Experience or Training in Special Needs Education (e.g., courses in Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication for working with children of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
