Job Title: Dishwashing Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled professional to join our team as a Dishwashing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, sinks and floor to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly to maintain smooth operations
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols in a Halal kitchen environment to guarantee the well-being of customers and staff
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is highly desirable
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg) to meet the demands of the role
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Reliable, hardworking and possessing excellent time management skills to contribute to the success of the team
