Job Title: Factory Admin Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Factory Admin Clerk to join our team. As a key member of the factory administration department, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ad-hoc general admin duties, such as responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Make accurate records and filings of production job sheets, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Conduct stock inventory control and replenish orders as necessary, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Assist in arranging drivers for collections/installations and deliveries, coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Requirements:
  • Able to use MS Office proficiently, with a strong emphasis on data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
