Evaluation Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Evaluation Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing product testing in development and qualification stages, designing and developing test cases and procedures based on standards and requirements, reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) in operation, and performing risk assessments.

  • This role involves collaborating with a team of technicians, assistant engineers, and engineers to ensure smooth operation of the test laboratory and product safety evaluation to achieve new model introduction qualification.
  • You will configure, maintain, and manage equipment server networks, lead cycle time reduction, cost reduction, and equipment automation activities, and conduct lab operations in equipment maintenance and inventory.
  • In addition, you will develop training programs and materials for assistant engineers and technicians to understand test procedures and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Good capability in designing/developing effective test cases based on requirements and creating traceability between requirements and test procedures.
  • Standardization and streamlining in test operation/procedure.
  • Experiences in International regulation requirement in lithium battery.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision on a tight schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
