Secondary Maths Educator Job

We are seeking a qualified Secondary Maths Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Singapore mathematics curriculum and be able to deliver instruction in line with our teaching methodologies.

This role requires a passionate and experienced educator who can adapt their teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective mathematics lessons for Secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver instruction in line with our curriculum and teaching methodologies, adapting strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver curriculum-aligned materials to engage students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Prepare and mark assignments, quizzes, and other assessments, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and centre management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a NIE-trained teacher, Ex-MOE teacher, or a current teacher.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education (with a focus on Mathematics), or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in teaching Primary and/or Secondary Mathematics in a Singapore school or tuition centre setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore mathematics curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
