Job Title: Golf Retail Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Golf Retail Sales Professional to join our team in Jurong IMM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting golf equipment and apparel, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
• Familiarise yourself with our extensive range of golf clubs and accessories, and provide expert advice to customers on their usage and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase your knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring all products are well-displayed and the retail outlet is clean and welcoming.
• Perform stock takes, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records as needed.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with golf equipment and apparel, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
