Role Overview:

The Chief Consumer Experience Officer will be responsible for leading our efforts in delivering exceptional consumer experiences on the Shopee marketplace. This individual will champion new user conversion initiatives, drive user retention, and innovate access control solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams, leading initiatives to improve user experience, and developing scalable infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Champion new user conversion initiatives, deliver seamless UX for account registration, login, and account management.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality and scalable products.
  • Innovate scalable infrastructure and user-friendly tools for access control.
  • Lead initiatives to drive user retention through loyalty programs and membership systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Mathematics or a related science/tech field.
  • Prior minimum 3 years' working experience in delivering enterprise solutions in the Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Security space, or product management experience in consumer experience fields.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and agile environment.
