Senior Project Site Manager

- Coordinate logistics and machinery operations to optimize project workflows.
- Provide strategic input on effective work methods and offer technical advice for project improvement.
- Lead and manage project teams to complete projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, analyzing progress towards long-term and short-term goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize project losses.
- Ensure efficient allocation of manpower resources to designated work locations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction works adhere to approved specifications.
- Review project progress and collaborate with quantity surveyors to maintain cost control.
- Secure necessary approvals before commencing work and conduct periodic site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Specialized diploma in Construction Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and project planning methodologies.
