We are seeking a skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our team, based in Operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive change and improvement across the organization.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm. They will possess exceptional program management skills, including specialized certifications such as Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, or Prince 2.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to required standards and signed off.Proactively communicate status, issues, resolutions, and risks to sponsors and key stakeholders.Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders.Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly documented, strategic, and backed by a business case.Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying processes, controls, and flows.Support stakeholders across a program lifecycle, including testing and operational readiness planning.Facilitate and deliver change to reduce risk profiles.Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery.Requirements:
  • Significant experience in delivering transformation programs in a large global financial services firm.
  • Exceptional program management skills and specialized certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business issues effectively.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, with a desire to work in a dynamic environment.
