Corporate Actions Officer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing corporate actions with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Timely and accurate processing of corporate actions including event announcements, dividends, proxy meetings/stock splits and mergers for Wealth Investments Operations.
  • Investigation/reconciliation of positions holdings and internal Bank accounts with exception resolution.
  • Escalation of transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaboration on a solution.
  • Identification and resolution of corporate action related issues and process improvement recommendations to leadership.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the Equities market mechanics and function in area of corporate actions or trade settlements.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in operations processing Wealth / Investment products; fresh graduates may apply.
  • Responsible, organized and ability deliver in fast changing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
