A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced Corporate Secretarial Specialist to join AUDIT ALLIANCE LLP

Salary: SGD $40,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum.

About the Role

This challenging role involves handling all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including attending to clients on corporate matters, preparing documents for meetings and resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, filing documents with ACRA, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and Xero software is also essential.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in corporate secretarial work or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as accounting using Xero software.
