Procurement Manager - ICT

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the acquisition of ICT goods and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of public sector procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Manage ICT procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to design and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Review ITQ/RFQ specifications, procurement conditions, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare quotation and tender documents, and manage processes using electronic procurement systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess vendor qualifications and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor procurement progress to meet agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Provide professional advice on sourcing and contract management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement policies and guidelines.
