Job Description\

As a skilled drafter and draftsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings based on project requirements. This includes drawing amendments and drafting using Revit and AutoCAD software. You will also create drawings from PDF, hand-drawn, or verbal instructions using AutoCAD.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Prepare shop drawings, details drawings, and/or construction architectural drawings in accordance with project requirements.
  • Match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site.
  • Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements (if necessary).
  • Communicate effectively with consultants, sub-contractors, and project team members.
  • Coordinate and prepare specifications to liaise with project managers, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval.
\Requirements:\
  • AutoCAD knowledge and proficiency are essential.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field is preferred.
