Precision Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Precision Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality microchips.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with production teams to improve overall efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and address equipment abnormalities and defects in real-time
- Maintain equipment capability for production and meet production demand
- Collaborate with production teams to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance
- Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement
- Evaluate new equipment and materials for better efficiency and production quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronic, electrical, chemical, materials science, mechanical, physics, or related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities is an advantage
- Ability to commit to shift work
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry
