We are seeking a skilled Component Packaging Engineer to fill a critical role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex automated and manual tooling and tray designs, ensuring packaging quality from manufacturing to shipment, and supporting supply chain needs.

  • Develops detailed automated and manual tooling/tray design and mechanical testing criteria to meet established requirements.
  • Generates and documents packaging drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), SAP, and maintains their congruency across factories.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for supply-chain and business continuity needs, including documentation management and change approval.

About the Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a mechanical-based engineering discipline.
  • Possesses strong multitasking skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.

About You:

  • You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with CAD software and other design tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
