We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at NEWTECH TECHNOLOGY (SOUTH ASIA) PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounting duties, handling cash and bank transactions, and supporting audit and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting duties, including bookkeeping, handling receivables and payables, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing accounting schedules.
  • Handle daily cash and bank transactions, including bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in debt collection and support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships.
  • Support audit and tax filings, and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Words, and computerized accounting systems.
