About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precision Metal Fabrication Quality Manager to join our team at Ding Feng Precision Engineering Pte Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enforcing our Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001 Standards requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Implementing and enforcing standardization of documents according to QOHSE Procedure.
  2. Conducting and participating in QOHSE internal and external audits.
  3. Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services.
  4. Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes.
  5. Creating production plans for new products with a focus on quality.
  6. Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.
  7. Reporting on the quality of products and/or services throughout all phases of production.
  8. Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.
  9. Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.
  10. Onboarding and training new quality control team members.
  11. Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry implementation and management of QOHSE.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proven qualities and skills with the desire to teach and mentor staffs.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skill, positive attitude, teamwork, analytical, communication skill, leadership skill.
  • Know the CMM checking equipment.
