Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineering Manager to lead our team in the development and execution of test-related activities for Server & Rack products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in carrying out test-related activities
  • Support and implement PXE Server configuration
  • Perform and maintain server and rack run-in test process
  • Perform and maintain burn-in and power test process
  • Liaise with customer and HQ/factory on test program implementation and maintenance
  • Analyze failures in production products and work back with customer and HQ/factory for improvement
  • Participate in Kaizen activities
  • Update test program master list and tracking
  • Prepare and update working instructions
  • Provide training on working instructions to production
  • Support NPI Process
  • Support production on mass run
  • Participate in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering discipline with 3+ years relevant experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with customer, HQ/factory, peers/subordinate, and superiors
  • Programming knowledge of Linux, Quartus II, TinkerCAD, Python, or C++
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good understanding of test methods and concepts
  • Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
