Job Title: Transformation Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in supporting the pre-study phase of a core banking transformation initiative, driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and execution of pre-study activities across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees
  • Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions
  • Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams
  • Assist in resource planning and budget forecasting
  • Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
  • Support change management and communication efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field

Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles

Skills: Familiarity with pre-study or feasibility phases of large-scale transformations, strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint

Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment, experience with vendor coordination and SOW management
