The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the QS team in contract documentation and management to achieve project requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the tendering process, analyzing and evaluating tenders
  • Setting up, implementing, and monitoring project cost plans
  • Attending site briefings before tendering the project
