Senior Audit Partner

We seek a senior audit partner with extensive experience in leading large-scale audits and managing high-performing teams.

  • Lead and manage complex audit engagements for diverse clients across various sectors.
  • Oversee engagement planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, providing strategic insights and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Review and approve audit documentation and final reports to guarantee adherence to professional standards and firm policies.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Lead and develop high-performing audit teams by providing technical guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery.

Audit Quality and Compliance

  • Drive audit quality and contribute to the implementation of the firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM).
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, and firm policies.

Business Development

  • Participate actively in business development initiatives, including proposal writing, networking, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and registered Public Accountant with ACRA.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with recent experience in an audit director/partner-level role.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality.
